Cos’è lo yoga?
Questa disciplina consiste nella pratica degli asana (posture usate come fossero esercizi di stretching), pranayama (esercizi di respirazione) e rilassamento in savasana (posizione sdraiata) che mirano a migliorare gradualmente la flessibilità, l’equilibrio e la forza.
Si tratta di esercizi a basso impatto, in grado di fornire gli stessi benefici di qualsiasi altra attività similare (come il Pilates), riducendo lo stress e migliorando le complicazioni di uno stile di vista sedentario.
Lo yoga viene utilizzato a scopo posturale, per favorire il rilassamento psico-fisico, per ridurre lo stress, e per migliorare le articolazioni.
Il corso è adatto a tutte le età ed è rivolto sia a principianti che ad esperti, suddivisi per classe in base all’età ed all’esperienza.
